The kart is a pink vehicle resembling a strawberry {{wp|soft serve}} ice-cream, with a straw at the back serving as an exhaust pipe. It uses dark pink versions of the [[Macharon]]'s tires, and the emblem is located at the front of the kart and the rear topper. "Soft Swerve" is a pun on "soft serve" and "swerve", meaning to turn suddenly. The Strawberry Soft Swerve increases the duration of [[Slipstream]] boosts and the number of points earned for performing a Slipstream.
