'''Stomp on the Thwomp''' is the fourth mission of [[Tick Tock Clock]] in ''[[Super Mario 64]]'' and ''[[Super Mario 64 DS]]''.

==Layout==
The mission's [[Power Star]] is located at the very top of the clock. In front of the player's starting position is a large [[pendulum]] followed by a [[Conveyor Belt|conveyor belt]] and a square [[rotating platform|flipping block]]. Afterward is another pendulum followed by a ramp leading to three square flipping blocks. Above those is a platform that has a large clock hand swinging around nearby. After the hand are a number of hexagonal flipping blocks leading to a cage, and climbing onto the cage leads to a small [[lift]] followed by a pole with an [[Amp]] circling it. After the player climbs up the pole, the path splits, and the player needs to take the lift (two lifts in the DS version) leading farther up the clock. Above the lift(s) are flipping blocks leading upward. Up the flipping blocks is a bending platform with [[Bomp|Moving Bar]]s placed under a cage followed by a couple of conveyor belts leading to a long bending platform with several [[rotating bar]]s and triangular flipping blocks (or square ones in the DS version) breaking it up. At the top of the platform is another clock hand that brings the player to an area with a [[Thwomp]] that carries the player to the Power Star.

Like in the other missions, it is possible to complete this mission with the clock stopped; however, in the original, it can be difficult to get to the conveyor belt the Thwomp is on when the player does this, as it necessitates very precise [[Triple Jump]]s and [[Wall Jump|Wall Kick]]s from the large area underneath where the conveyor belt and Thwomp are. In the DS version, [[Mario]] can use his [[Power Flower (Super Mario 64 DS)|Power Flower]] ability to [[Balloon Mario|float]] up to the Star. The area underneath the conveyor belt and Thwomp no longer exists, so the Wall Kick cannot be used.
