Although it retains the same role in the Nintendo Switch remake, the Star Road was given a significant redesign, now being a large star with translucent rainbow patterns. The Star Road can be seen during the Triple Move called Star Riders. It was also indirectly alluded in the pre-battle cutscene with Culex 3D, where the latter attributed his gaining his new form as a result of Mario's party granting wishes to powerful people. | Although it retains the same role in the Nintendo Switch remake, the Star Road was given a significant redesign, now being a large star with translucent rainbow patterns.
