This level begins in a small room with a [[Warp Door]], and [[Boo]]s and [[Big Boo]]s behind the walls. The Warp Door leads to an area with multiple other Warp Doors, as well as fake walls. [[Hard Block|Stone block]] walls prevent the player from accessing some of the doors, and only the Warp Door in a fake wall to the right can be accessed. The Warp Door leads to an area with a moving platform that the player must ride with [[Boo Buddies|Circling Boo Buddies]] and a Warp Door at the end. The Warp Door leads back to the area with multiple Warp Doors, where some of the stone block walls have disappeared, allowing access to more Warp Doors. A [[Trampoline]] allows access to a Warp Door on the top row, which allows the player to progress. The area through the Warp Door contains [[Ghost Block]]s and poles. A Warp Door leads back to the area with multiple Warp Doors, and a door on the right side of the second row can be accessed. The area contains a platform that moves downwards, and Big Boos are encountered. A Warp Door leads to the area with the [[Goal Pole]].
The ghost house is infested with Boos and obstacles. The house also has a large room that contains many doorways, fake walls, and stone walls that prevent the player from progressing. Apparently, the stone blocks of the room disappear when the player makes their way through certain rooms in the house.
