Each row of spikes in ''[[Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars]]'' and ''[[Mini Mario & Friends: amiibo Challenge]]'' has two additional smaller spikes on its sides, and the middle spikes appear shorter than in previous entries of the ''Mario vs. Donkey Kong'' series.
