| Spear Guys' Village Found is World 5-3 in Yoshi's Island DS, where Spear Guys live in huts. This level is similar to Jungle Rhythm... from the first game. This level's playable Yoshi is the Light Blue Yoshi. | |

| | Baby Donkey Kong is helpful here. Many Dancing Spear Guys can also be seen dancing. |
| Light Blue Yoshi begins the course in a jungle-like area with Spear Guys. Light Blue Yoshi must avoid them while riding moving platforms and getting a key to a hut. The hut eventually leads back outside, to an area with a Middle Ring and falling rocks. The player must avoid the rocks and find a pipe that leads to some checkered blocks that turn into platforms upon contact. Light Blue Yoshi eventually gets to another Middle Ring and an enemy area. At the end of the level, there is a bush with a Bandit and a Shy Guy. If Light Blue Yoshi passes through the bush, the Bandit will steal the baby and Yoshi will be carrying the Shy Guy on his back. The goal roulette is found soon after.
