==History==

The Sneeker (known as the '''Bounder''' in the British English version) debuted in ''[[Mario Kart 8]]'' as an unlockable kart body. There are four colored variants, a red variant, a yellow variant, a pink variant, and a gray variant, and it changes colors depending on which character is using it. Its stats are identical to the [[Standard Kart]], the [[Cat Cruiser]], the [[Prancer]], [[The Duke]], the [[Teddy Buggy]] and the [[300 SL Roadster]], which means it grants drivers no advantages or disadvantages. The engine sound is actually a deeper sounding version of the [[Standard Kart]], [[Pipe Frame]], [[Teddy Buggy]], and the [[Wild Wiggler]], sounding like a WRC 1.6L {{wp|straight-four engine}}. The Sneeker is one of three vehicles in the game to have the ''Mario Kart'' logo engraved, the others being the [[Teddy Buggy]] and [[Mr. Scooty]].
