If volcanic debris falls onto a player, they spill half their popcorn and get stunned for one second. Both popcorn and volcanic debris have a shadow appear on the ground to signify that they are going to fall at that spot. After 30 seconds have passed, the player with the most points wins.

The rival is [[Diddy Kong]] in the first playthrough, and beating him unlocks him as a playable character.
