The teams must then rotate the slots they stand upon so that the result on the machines matches the one on Lakitu's display. The first team to match the display earns a point. It is possible for both teams to score. The first team to earn three points wins. If both teams score three points or if too many rounds pass, regardless of the teams' scores, a tie is declared.
