'''Simian Spring''' is a special ability used by [[Diddy Kong]] from a [[Cranky's Kong Pad|Diddy Pad]] in ''[[Donkey Kong 64]]''. Diddy can learn this ability after buying a potion from [[Cranky's Lab]] in [[Frantic Factory]] for seven [[Banana Coin|Banana Bunch Coin]]s.

When Diddy is standing on a Diddy Pad, the player can press {{button|n64|Z}} to make him spring off the ground with his tail and perform a high jump, allowing him to reach higher areas.

The scientific name of Simian Spring is ''Leapus Largium'', a play on the words "Leap" and "Large".
