Sick and Twisted is a 4-Player minigame that is found in Mario Party 8. The name of this minigame comes from a phrase that is said about a person who is exceedingly mean and mad.

Introduction
Introduction
The four players are seen jumping across two rotating circular platforms onto a stationary square platform, with the rotating platforms lowering down as the players jump off them.
At the beginning of the mini-game, the camera will show the bottom of the spinning platform. The camera will move up onto the top of the spinning platform as it shows the players in that scene. The players at the beginning are jumping onto each rotating platform to the start area as the platforms spin depending what way it will move. When the players are on the start area, the mini-game starts.

Gameplay
Gameplay
The four players must reach the end of an obstacle course consisting of multiple rotating platforms, while avoiding Bullet Bills being fired at them. The platforms rotate either clockwise or counterclockwise and vary in color and size: Yellow ones are smallest, pink ones are medium-sized, and blue ones are largest. Each platform features white arrows that indicate the direction of its rotation. As the rotating platforms go offscreen, they lower to the ground. The Bullet Bills fire at the players who are ahead in the lead. Players can jump on their opponents to stun them temporarily. Players who are hit by Bullet Bills, fall off the platforms and touch the ground, or stay on platforms that lower are eliminated. In addition, players cannot jump on Bullet Bills to defeat them. Players who reach the end of the obstacle course win. If all players are eliminated, the minigame ends in a tie.
The players attempt to get into the end of the course as they have to go through the obstacles the course has installed. In this mini-game, it doesn't matter if the first player reaches the end of the course as other players can also win by getting to the end. Obstacles that the players encounter include rotating platforms that the players have to go through. The players have to use these platforms to go across the course by jumping on them. While the players stand on the platform; the platform actually rotates in a certain direction either clockwise or counter-clockwise and have a certain type of size. If the players didn't move fast enough, the platforms that the players passed by start to lower down causing the player to get knocked out from the course if the player is not fast enough. An additional obstacle includes that there are Bullet Bills that pass by across the course. If a player gets hit by a Bullet Bill, the player gets knocked out.  If one or more players reach the end of the course, those players win.

Ending
Ending
Winning characters celebrate victory on the last platform.
At the end of the mini-game, the running spinning platform stops to run and the Bullet Bills stop flying by. The camera moves near to the player(s) as the player(s) win and attempt to do a winning pose.
