In ''Paper Mario: Sticker Star'', Shiny Hurlhammers can be purchased in W4-4, [[Shaved-Ice Cave]], for 30 coins and sold for 15 coins. A Shiny Hurlhammer can also be found at W1-5, [[Whammino Mountain]], in the area in front of the Sticker Shop once enough progress has been made. It has a two-star attack power and damages all enemies on and close to the ground. Airborne enemies can also be hurt if they are the first to be struck by the hammer. The Shiny Hurlhammer can be placed in the Sticker Musuem as #45, alongside other Hurlhammers and [[Eekhammer]]s.

In ''Paper Mario: The Origami King'', Shiny Hurlhammers can be purchased at [[Toad Town]] for 1380 coins. They can later be purchased at [[Shroom City (Paper Mario: The Origami King)|Shroom City]] once the [[Snif City Royal Hotel]] Collectible Treasure is bought. It has a base damage of 22 at 50 HP and 30 at 200 HP. When an [[Action Command]] is successfully performed, a bonus two damage is added alongside the Action Command's bonus damage. In battle, it attacks in a straight line, damaging foes on and close to the ground. It can also damage airborne enemies with the initial strike.
