There are many [[coin]]s throughout this level [[Mario]] is able to collect. However, there are also narrow pits most of the coins appear over. If Mario falls down one of the deeper pits, he is unable to get back up and must go directly to the end of the level. However, there are blocks which can be seen in some of the pits which signal safe places for Mario to fall down. The first safe pit contains one block and two coins. The second safe pit, in the middle, contains several blocks and five coins.
