Scratch and Match is a Bonus Challenge that involves luck in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3. It involves scratching cards to get 1-Ups. In Yoshi's Island DS, this mini-game is just known as Scratch but was still the same concept.

The card the player will get after scratching the card are randomized. There are four Toadies and three Marios in the level. The hand would either scratch up, down, make a cross then scratch, or sideways. In the DS sequel, the player can scratch it off by using the Touch Screen stylus.
