The player | The player will continuously move to the right as enemies appear. They must hit them with a hammer; the attack used depends on where the enemy is. High attacks are for [[Swoop]]s and [[Bullet Bill]]s flying above the ground. Low attacks are for [[Goombrat]]s and Bullet Bills flying closer to the ground. Each smacked enemy awards a different amount of [[Coin]]s. Swoops give one coin when hit, Goombrats give two coins when hit and Bullet Bills award a [[Red Coin]] which equals three coins. If a player is hit by any enemy without hitting them with their hammer, they will be stunned and the enemies disappear. They reappear after the player recovers. If they stay in one spot without moving or go too far to the left, an arrow will appear on-screen to guide them to the right, where most of the enemies will spawn. Some enemies also appear on the left. | ||
