This course reappears in ''[[Mario Kart: Super Circuit]]'' as the third course of the [[Classic course#Mario Kart: Super Circuit|Extra Flower Cup]], in ''[[Mario Kart Wii]]'' as the third course of the [[Shell Cup]], in ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]'' starting with the [[Mario vs. Luigi Tour (2022)|2022 Mario vs. Luigi Tour]], and in ''[[Mario Kart World]]'', where it is traversed during intermission between [[Boo Cinema]] and [[Starview Peak]] in the [[Spiny Rally]], connected to the other [[SNES Ghost Valley 1|two Ghost]] [[Ghost Valley 3|Valley courses]].

This Ghost Valley is longer than the first and features more sharp turns. It begins with two 90° turns to the right, with the first set of [[? Panel]]s in between, followed by a 90° turn to the left. Racers then take a slight left turn followed by two sharp 90° right turns On the outside of the first right turn is two more ? Panels. There is then a 90° left turn followed by an especially sharp right turn and then a slight right turn, where a brief straight then brings racers to the finish line. On the right side of this brief straight, there is a [[Dash Panel|zipper]] followed by a jump pad, and a ? Panel immediately after the jump pad; racers must use a well timed hop to be able to reach the ? Panel.

Most of the course is surrounded by tiles which act as guard rails, but bumping into a tile will destroy it, allowing racers to go through the subsequent gap and fall off the course.

===Shortcuts===
A notable shortcut can be found after the first left turn. The player can go to the right side of the track and use a [[Cape Feather|Feather]] to jump over a gap and cut off the following right turn.

Ghost Valley 2 reappears in ''[[Mario Kart: Super Circuit]]'', and is the third track of the [[Classic course#Mario Kart: Super Circuit|Extra Flower Cup]]. It uses the background from [[GBA Boo Lake|Boo Lake]]. The [[Dash Panel]] and [[ramp]] in front of the last [[Item Box]], as well as the legs holding up the track, were removed.

Ghost Valley 2 also reappears in ''[[Mario Kart Wii]]'' as the third race of the [[Shell Cup]]. Since there are no Feathers in the game, a ramp was placed at the shortcut, although light and middleweights do not need a boost to get across, while heavyweights need to perform a [[trick]] to do so. In [[Mario Kart (series)#Modes of play|Time Trial]]s, the blocks on the side do not fall off when the player bumps into them, instead doing so as the race progresses. Silhouettes of what appear to be buildings resembling [[Luigi's Mansion (location)|Luigi's Mansion]] can be seen in the background. This is the shortest course in the game. As such, the expert staff ghost for this course is the only ghost data in ''Mario Kart Wii'' to be less than a minute long.

This course and [[Wii Moo Moo Meadows|Moo Moo Meadows]] are the only courses in ''Mario Kart Wii'' where a [[Mario Kart Wii#Tournaments|Tournament]] did not take place.

When boosting with a [[Dash Mushroom|Mushroom]] or charging a [[Mini-Turbo]] into the pole next to the [[Finish Line (object)|finishing line]], the player's vehicle will clip the pole and be sent flying over the bottomless pit, thus skipping a large part of the course. The alignment needs to be on the left side of the right pole.

A [[Glide Ramp|glide ramp]] was added near the end of the course, which is reversed when playing on {{classic|SNES|Ghost Valley 2R}}. A [[wooden cutout]] of [[Boo]]s has been added at the ramp shortcut, similar to {{classic|SNES|Ghost Valley 1}}.

The course also appears as '''Ghost Valley 2R''' (reversed), '''Ghost Valley 2T''' (with ramps), and '''Ghost Valley 2R/T''' (reversed with ramps). The former two were introduced alongside the normal variant in the 2022 Mario vs. Luigi Tour, while the latter was added in the [[Halloween Tour (2022)|2022 Halloween Tour]].
