'''Royal Pain''' is a side [[Quest]] in ''[[Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope]]'', exclusively in the [[Rayman in the Phantom Show]] DLC. It is found in the [[Western Set]] at the [[Space Opera Network]]. The name of this Quest comes from the expression of the same name, referring to a troublesome or irritating person.

In the Western Sett, there is a level nine [[Squashette]] blocking a treasure chest contains the [[Weapon Skin#Rayman's Blasters|Operatic Blaster]] [[Weapon Skin]] for [[Rayman]]. The heroes must defeat the Squashette in a battle to gain access to the treasure chest. The objective of the battle is to survive for six turns. After all six turns pass and at least one hero is still standing, the battle is won, and the Quest is complete. The heroes are awarded a [[Planet Coin]], and gain access to the treasure chest.

==Layout==
The battle is always random, but the battlefield is large in size. The enemies that can appear are Squashettes, [[Bravado]]s and [[Magnafowl]]s, but not all of them can show up during the battle. There might instead be more of a specific enemy.

==Battle==
The heroes must survive for six turns to win the battle. As the battle goes on, indestructible [[Dark ess portal]]s will appear, containing enemies present in the battle. The turn limit goal is seven turns. After all six turns have passed and at least one hero is still remaining, the battle is won.
