The level begins with a few occasional [[Warp Pipe]]s spawning [[Rotten Mushroom]]s, along with a [[? Block]] containing a [[Super Mushroom]] a few [[Dry Bones]]. Mario must then cross some [[Donut Block]]s while avoiding more Warp Pipes spawning Rotten Mushrooms, then get past two big [[Parabones]] and big winged [[Muncher]]s each to the next ? Block. More Rotten Mushrooms and a few Dry Bones follow, along with one more row of Donut Blocks and a Rotten Mushroom bouncing on [[Note Block]]s next to the [[Goal Pole]].
