[[Dazzle]] is found here, trading Badges for Star Pieces. In the GameCube version, he is near the fallen pillar outside of Merluvlee's house and can be traded with after visiting the Thousand-Year Door for the first time; in the Nintendo Switch remake, he is initially found on the other side of it in the western half of the area but will move back to his original spot after the player visits the Thousand-Year Door.

From there, he can drop down onto Merluvlee's house, and from there to the pillar next to which Dazzle stands, which has a [[Shine Block]] on top that can be reached with another Spring Jump.
