[[Bandit]]s roam the streets, and when Mario first enters the area, he immediately gets robbed half his coins. This part of town is dirty and the houses are in bad shape. Nevertheless, this area is home to [[Merlon]] and [[Professor Frankly]]. Bazaar]], which can be done as early as midway through Chapter 1, she moves out of the way, allowing Mario to enter.
