These capes are sold at the [[souvenir shop (Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door)|souvenir shop]] in [[Glitzville]] and by the salesman [[Charlieton]] in [[Rogueport]]. When used on either [[Mario]] or his partner, they gain the [[dodgy]] status effect. This means some enemy attacks miss the hero for four turns.

Zess T. can cook it by mixing a [[Boo's Sheet]] and a [[Point Swap]].
