If used, Mario will recover five [[Heart Point|HP]] and five [[Flower Point|FP]]. As Mario [[Level Up|levels up]] and increases his HP and FP, the special move will eventually become less important, although it can still be useful to recover the FP if the player doesn't spend too much FP. The move also removes some ailments, such as poison.
