While [[18-Volt]] is walking along [[Emerald Street]], he encounters Ralphie, who is crying because someone took his [[Nintendo 3DS]] and games. When 18-Volt asks who took them, Ralphie points to a girl. The girl introduces herself as [[13-Amp]], and 18-Volt [[18 x 13|challenges her to a rap battle]], on the condition that the winner gets the loser's games. Eventually, 18-Volt wins, and he returns the 3DS and games to Ralphie, who thanks 18-Volt.
