Greater location | New York City |

The Qix Biru is a tall skyscraper located in New York City and that only appeared in the Super Mario Land 4 manga. Its most distinctive feature is the "QIX" word written in giant character on one side of the building. On the rooftop, a pool is present.
After defeating all of Qix Daiō's minions and retrieving the key pieces, Mario, Luigi, and Princess Peach are transported to the top of the Qix Biru, where Qix Daiō is waiting for the last challenge: a 2 player match at Qix, using the rooftop pool as the area and the motorboats as Markers, while a giant floating gem will cover the role of the Qix. With Hiyoihoi helping him to keep the Qix far away from their Marker, Qix Daiō has the advantage, while Mario's Marker is cut off in half by the Qix and the occupants almost falls down after crashing in the railings. Eventually, Mario wins the match and Qix Daiō explodes, destroying one side of the building.
