'''Potato Gelato''' is the signature dish of Freezin Village in ''[[Mario & Luigi: Brothership]]'', made from [[Heatfreeze Potato]]es.

When [[Mario]] and [[Luigi]] visit [[Heatfreeze Island]] for the first time, they come across fiery and icy [[Concordia]]ns squabbling in front of the path leading to the [[Lighthouse (Mario & Luigi: Brothership)|lighthouse]]. When the Bros. try to get past them, the villagers then ask the brothers to taste a sample of their dish to find out if the gelato or if the [[Hottato Stew]] is the best. After [[Snoutlet]] and the Bros. try a sample of each, they return to the villagers, telling them that the two dishes are better together. Despite this, the villagers still disagree, and decide to make a new recipe that will trump the other village's dish.

For a price of 10 [[coin]]s, the Bros. can try the gelato to restore their [[Heart Point|HP]] and [[Bros. Point|BP]].

Potato Gelato is needed in the [[The Lonely Great Conductor]] [[List of Mario & Luigi: Brothership side quests|side quest]], where it must be given to the [[Great Conductor]].
