| As the screen auto-scrolls to the right, the competitors must reach the ship or survive by jumping on breakable ice chunks that shift under their weight. If the player falls into the water, they are temporarily frozen before returning to the ice chunk, but they can leap out of the water by pressing wii rapidly. The player can fall into the water only three times in a row; they will become frozen solid if they do not reach solid ground in time. The player loses if they fall behind the scrolling screen or become frozen in ice. Penguins can be found on some chunks of ice as obstacles, stunning any player who touches them. Players can jump on the penguins to flatten them for about a second. Occasionally, jumping on a bigger chunk of ice results in it shattering into smaller pieces. The player who jumps onto the ship or survives longest wins.

| |
| Two endings can occur: The last player remaining may freeze but still win, or, if the player manages to reach the ship, the players in first, second, and third do victory poses while the player in fourth just stands idly.
