Likely due to their poisoning, they sometimes drop a [[Tasty Tonic]] when defeated so any poisoning can be cured.

Poison Pokeys are more aggressive than normal Pokeys to the heroes and are found in large groups in this game. Since most healing items in this game also cure poison, however, they are ultimately less dangerous than before.
