Poison Mushrooms, appearing as dull green mushrooms with pink spots, appear in the Paper Mario series starting with Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Poison Mushrooms are one of the pictures that the player can earn during a Bingo!, where they are depicted with eyes. If three in a row appear, Mario's HP (as well as his partner's HP), FP and SP are all cut in half and all of the audience members leave.
