'''Pit Boss''' is a Bowser [[minigame]] in ''[[Mario Party 6]]'' and ''[[Mario Party Superstars]]''. Its name comes from the {{wp|pit manager|eponymous term}}, which is a person who supervises all the other employees in a casino.

==Gameplay==
The minigame starts with all players in a pit. Suddenly, [[Bowser]] appears and throws a [[Spike Ball|spike sphere]] into it, and players have to avoid it. If the sphere crashes into one of the players, that player is eliminated and is put in a cage. Eventually, the spike sphere loses speed and stops. Bowser, infuriated, throws two more spike spheres into the pit. These new spheres hit the first one and cause it to start rolling again, and gameplay continues as before. Any player who survives until all the spike spheres stop moving wins. If everyone is eliminated, a tie occurs.

In ''Mario Party Superstars'', during Free Play, this minigame is treated as a 4-Player minigame; as such, it immediately ends when there is one player left standing. However, a tie occurs if the remaining players are eliminated at the same time.
