The Pirabbid Plant | The Pirabbid Plant is the midboss of Ancient Gardens in Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle. As its name suggests, it is a hybrid of a Rabbid and a Piranha Plant; however, it resembles Petey Piranha more than it does the regular Piranha Plant.
The Pirabbid Plant comes into existence when Luigi and Spawny startles a Piranha Plant (potted), which happens to have a Rabbid sleeping on top of it as well. Frightened by the creature, Spawny's powers activate, and he shoots a laser beam from his eyes that fuse the Rabbid and Piranha Plant together, creating the Pirabbid Plant, which subsequently fights Mario, Rabbid Peach, and Rabbid Luigi.
Its main attack involves it shooting a fireball at the targeted character. It can inflict the Burn status if a direct hit is scored. When the Pirabbid Plant is defeated, it passes out and lays on the ground until Rabbid Peach uses two of the Pirabbid Plant's vines and holding them together for a selfie. Afterwards, the Pirabbid Plant wakes up and slams Rabbid Peach on the ground several times. With a serious face, the rest of the team gives the Pirabbid Plant one last strike, separating the Rabbid and the Piranha Plant, and frees Rabbid Peach.
Some challenges in Ancient Gardens and Sherbet Desert involve combat against more than one Pirabbid Plant.
Calavera and the Pirabbid Plant share the same death sound when defeated. The flower pot the Pirabbid Plant rides on appears to be alive, as when burned it will run around, causing the Pirabbid Plant itself to struggle to hang on. Additionally, the Pirabbid Plant is the only mid boss in the game not to have any techniques.
Pirabbid Plant's boss fight level was updated to remove two Ziggy enemies out of four.ref needed
