Segments of Warp Pipes known as [[Rotate Pipe]]s are introduced on this floor, as well as [[Water Valve]]s. Newly introduced enemies on this floor include [[Crash Kong]]s and [[Thwomp]]s, while [[Shy Guy (toy)|Shy Guy]]s return from previous floors.

Upon completing [[Boss Game 3]], the Pipe Works construction kit is unlocked for the [[Construction Zone]]. After being defeated in Boss Game 3, Donkey Kong flees to [[Magnet Mania (Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis)|Magnet Mania]].
