Pi'illo Castle is a large stone structure with long vines and vegetation growing on its exterior. It has the symbol of the [[Pi'illo]]s near the entrance. Above the entrance is a [[Zeekeeper]] face. The interior has stone walls and floors. One of the rooms contains a bed that Luigi sleeps on. This is also where [[Princess Peach]] is kidnapped by [[Antasma]]. It is also the location of the [[Battle Ring (Mario & Luigi: Dream Team)|Battle Ring]].

The cave underneath the bridge to [[Mushrise Park]] is also considered to be in Pi'illo Castle.
