The '''Penguin King''' is a minor character and the ruler of the [[Snow Kingdom (The Super Mario Bros. Movie)|Snow Kingdom]] in ''[[The Super Mario Bros. Movie]]''. He leads his army of [[penguin]]s into battle when [[Bowser]] and his [[Bowser's Minions|Koopa Troop]] attack. However, he and his army fail as Bowser and [[Kamek]] easily overpower them. The Penguin King and his army are later trapped in cages suspended high above [[lava]] in [[Bowser's Castle]], along with [[Luigi]], a [[Lumalee]], some [[Goomba]]s,<ref>Illumination (March 9, 2023).
