| The course is based off of the castle levels throughout the game, specifically [[The Final Battle (New Super Mario Bros. U)|The Final Battle]]. The level begins next to a large [[Spinner]] above a pit and platforms made of [[Donut Block]]s. A platform with two [[Bony Beetle]]s and a [[? Block]] is found, along with a smaller Spinner above Donut Blocks. A [[Brick Block]] and another small Spinner are found. The player must cross more Donut Blocks, where they encounter Bony Beetles and a Spinner. A ? Block above a Bony Beetle is encountered before an area with Donut Blocks under multiple Spinners. More Bony Beetles are found in the area. Another Spinner appears before a ? Block and a Brick Block. Some smaller Donut Block platforms must be crossed while avoiding Spinners. A Bony Beetle is found, followed by a large Spinner above some separated Donut Blocks. Another large Spinner is found next to a [[? Switch]], which causes red blocks to appear above the pit below. A [[Warp Pipe]] is then found.
