The name is a pun on "Peek-a-boo", and the word "boo-boo", which is a childish phrase for an injury. The microgame has the same background tune from [[What's the Point?]] and [[Snake Snarl]].

==Gameplay==
The game's purpose is to make the hand (identified as [[List of implied characters#Handerson|Handerson]]’s Mom in [[Wario Kard]]) remove the bandage from the leg. If the game is won in ''Twisted!'', a sleeping Fronk is revealed to be under the bandage.
