He is first seen in Pinna Park, telling [[Mario]] how the park became less popular because it has not had a new attraction. After [[Mecha-Bowser]] emerges out of the small pool of [[water]] at the northwest end of the park, the park director believes that the spectacle is a new show and that Mario and [[Shadow Mario]] are its stars. To improve the show, he allows Mario to use Pinna Park's roller coaster to defeat Mecha-Bowser. When the battle ends, the park director calls Mario a hero for emerging triumphant and putting on a great show. The park director is later seen throughout most of the missions of Pinna Park, as well as the ending scene of the game.
