Para-Biddybuds are enemies in ''Super Mario 3D Land''. They are encountered in groups and fly in circles or in lines. Some groups are seen one above the other or one after the other. [[Mario]] can defeat them with any attack, just like [[Goomba]]s. They generally appear in groups of five, though there are some levels in which less than that number are shown together or they appear individually.

 

Para-Biddybuds are enemies in ''[[Super Mario 3D World]]'' and [[Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury|its Nintendo Switch port]]. They behave identically as in ''Super Mario 3D Land''. Cat variants appear in [[Lake Lapcat]] in the port's ''[[Bowser's Fury]]'' side-story.

Despite Para-Biddybuds themselves not appearing in ''[[Mario Kart 8]]'' and ''[[Mario Kart 8 Deluxe]]'', a kart designed after a Para-Biddybud appears, known as the [[Biddybuggy]]. Said kart later reappears in ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]''. It has five different color schemes depending on the character driving it, two of which appear in ''Tour''. The Biddybuggy appears as a [[Spirit (Super Smash Bros. Ultimate)|spirit]] in ''[[Super Smash Bros. Ultimate]]''.

 

A Para-Biddybud [[Mii|Mii Racing Suit]] appears in ''Mario Kart Tour'' starting in the [[Doctor Tour (2023)|2023 Doctor Tour]]. This suit later appears in the sixth wave of the ''[[Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Booster Course Pass|Booster Course Pass]]'' DLC for ''Mario Kart 8 Deluxe''. Wave 5 of the Booster Pass also introduced the course [[Squeaky Clean Sprint]], a bathroom-themed course that features an alarm clock styled after a Para-Biddybud as part of its scenery.

Para-Biddybuds are usable troops in the ''[[Bowser Jr.'s Journey]]'' mode in ''[[Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey]]''. Red, green, yellow, and blue color variants can be used, and each has a different [[Special Skill (Mario & Luigi series)|Special Skill]]. Despite their coloration, blue Para-Biddybuds are referred to as purple in this game. They are flying troopers. Red Para-Biddybuds have Dive Attack and are strong against [[Fawfulcopter]]s, green Para-Biddybuds have Super Stomp, yellow Para-Biddybuds have Cranium Crush, and purple Para-biddybuds have Mega Tackle and are strong against [[Shy Guy]]s and [[Bandit]]s. All four variants are weak against red [[Koopa Troopa]]s and [[Fly Guy]]s.
