They can be caught by [[fishing]] for them as either [[Mario]] or [[Luigi]] from the fishing spot on [[Shipshape Island]]; when hooked, two exclamation points display on the screen (!!). When caught, they are treated as items and can be sold for 10 coins. One Offin must be given to [[Leyden]] during the side quest [[Leyden's Piscine PR Plans]].
