It is also the first level containing [[Number Ball]]s. Unlike [[A Light in the Dark]], a secret level before it, [[Baby Wario]] is playable here. The level starts out with Yoshi above ground with a pipe leading underground. 
Once underground the players need to use a certain baby for each of the areas, all shaped like a number. Once the player collects all five Number Balls, they can go onto the goal ring, completing the level.
