In the episode "[[Rocky Mountain Monkey Business]]", Donkey Kong Jr. and Bones ride through the {{wp|Rocky Mountains}}, a large mountain range in the western United States and Canada. Super Show!]]'' is naturally the greater setting because every segment takes place in [[Brooklyn]], New York, which appears also in a few animated episodes. In the episode [[Plummers Academy]], there is an extended flashback of [[Mario]] and [[Luigi]] at the [[Brooklyn Plumbers Academy]] in Brooklyn. In the episode [[Flatbush Koopa]], [[Bowser|King Koopa]] attempts to take over [[New York City]] and rename it "New Koopa," with most of the episode taking place in Brooklyn and [[Coney Island (location)|Coney Island]]. In addition, the show's opening sequence shows Mario and Luigi in Brooklyn getting sucked down a drain pipe into the [[Mushroom Kingdom]].
