{{species infobox
A Noko Bombette is a turtle with a bomb for a shell found in Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. Mario must try to avoid them, though they mostly appear in tight corridors, making this a difficult task. It is one of the few enemies that cannot be defeated by a Fireball. Instead, they must be jumped upon. However, unless a Spin Jump is used, the attack will cause the Noko Bombette to explode a few seconds after the jump. If Mario is caught in the blast, he will take damage.

A Noko Bombette is a powered-up version of a Bombshell Koopa whose shell has grown so much it evolved into a Buzzy Beetle<ref>{{cite|page=SMBD page 40.png|language=ja|title=「スーパーマリオ大図鑑」 (Super Mario Bros. They only appear in the Tree Zone's second stage. Unlike regular Buzzy Beetles, Noko Bombettes turn around when they reach a ledge, but they are still immune to fireballs. Unless a Spin Jump is used, jumping on a Noko Bombette will cause it to stop and explode after a few seconds. If Mario is caught in the blast, he will take damage. Compared to the original Bombshell Koopa from Super Mario Land, it takes slightly longer to explode after a stomp, but has a slightly bigger blast radius.

Trivia
Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins
* They resemble Buzzy Beetles, but may not be related to them.
*Virtual Console manual: This is a turtle with a bomb on its back. Beware! This armed reptile explodes when you tread on it.
*They're associated with the similarly named and behaving Nokobons of Super Mario Land. The Noko Bombette exposition in the manual of the sequel, Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins even repeats Super Mario Lands "a turtle with a bomb on its back" description for Nokobon.
* An explosive Bob-omb character named Bombette is a partner of Mario in Paper Mario, coincidentally sharing a similar name to this species.
