'''My Nintendo''' is a loyalty rewards program that launched in Japan on March 17, 2016; in North America, Oceania, and Europe on March 31, 2016; in Hong Kong and Taiwan on December 1, 2016; and in South Korea on January 1, 2017. Certain smartphone apps developed by Nintendo use My Nintendo, including ''[[miiwiki:Miitomo|Miitomo]]'', which launched alongside the service for {{wp|Android (operating system)|Android}} and {{wp|iOS}}, and ''[[Super Mario Run]]''. In them, players can complete certain missions to earn Platinum Points specific to those games. They are uniquely named and identified, having an icon for each game. For example, the Platinum Points of ''Super Mario Run'' are dubbed "''Super Mario Run'' Platinum Points" and have the original icon for ''Super Mario Run'' on them.<ref name="pointspage"/> These points can be used in combination with regular Platinum Points earned through non-gaming means (e.g., logging into My Nintendo every week) to earn regular rewards.<ref name="pointspage"/> Platinum Points can also be redeemed for in-game rewards, though the only Platinum Points usable for rewards specific to a game are points from that game and regular Platinum Points.<ref>{{cite|quote=Please note that you can't redeem points earned in one app for a reward specific to a different app.|title=About points|publisher=Nintendo|url=https://my.nintendo.com/about_point|accessdate=Oct 27, 2024}}</ref> ''Super Mario Run'' can access a limited version of My Nintendo dedicated to completing the game's missions and redeeming the game's rewards.  

My Nintendo is heavily ''Super Mario''-themed. The logo is a design based on the [[Mario Cap]], and the top part of Mario's head can be seen at the bottom of every My Nintendo page. The progression meter for missions depicts [[Mario]]'s sprite from ''[[Super Mario Bros.]]'' moving toward a [[Goal Pole]] icon. A [[Brick Block]] in the bottom left corner of each page serves as a "return to top" function. Platinum Points have a [[Super Mushroom]] design, and Gold Points have a [[Super Star]] design.

My Nintendo routinely offers sweepstakes, which are often themed to match a game coming out at the time. In these, Platinum Points can be spent to obtain an entry. Multiple entries are allowed, up to a maximum dependent on the sweepstakes. The icon for these is a [[? Block]], and the notification for a successful entry includes a ? Block seen from a 3/4 angle.

 

On March 24, 2025, Gold Points will be discontinued. Due to ''{{wp|Miitomo}}''{{'}}s discontinuation, the following rewards are no longer available.

**The Mii runs after a regular Platinum Point. Selecting it is a mission which is worth 30 regular Platinum Points. This animation will be featured on a weekly basis unless ignored.

**The Mii floats attached to three balloons. The balloons pop one at a time when selected. In rare instances, a [[Boo]] replaces one of the balloons, who will vanish instead of popping. In rare cases, one of the balloons will match the color of a Platinum Point. Popping it is a mission rewarding 10 regular Platinum Points.

**The Mii plays a game on a Nintendo home console. If the TV is selected, it is turned off and the Mii looks at the user with annoyance.

***''[[Super Mario Bros.]]'', ''[[Donkey Kong (game)|Donkey Kong]]'', or ''[[nwiki:Ice Climber|Ice Climber]]'' on a [[Nintendo Entertainment System]]/[[Family Computer]].

**The Mii waters a potted plant with a watering can when selected. Occasionally, a red [[Pikmin]] will appear in the pot instead. If the pot is empty, watering it causes a [[vine|beanstalk]] to grow from the pot when it is watered. The vine does not have a mouth on the end.

**The Mii cleans one of the containers holding My Nintendo points with a cloth.

**The Mii fishes in a small section of water. If selected, the Mii raises the Fishing rod from the water. The Mii's eyes will open wide while something is on the line. If selected during this time, a boot, a [[Cheep Cheep]], a [[Blooper]], or even [[Mario Cap|Mario's Cap]] can be caught. Select the Mii again to restart. If a thought bubble over the Mii has a regular Platinum Point in it, then a successful catch reels in regular Platinum Points, and is a mission that rewards 10 regular Platinum Points. This version cannot be restarted.

**The Mii paints on a canvas. When selected the painting is shown; a variety of Nintendo themed paintings are possible.

**On a user's birthday, the Mii is seen celebrating next to a birthday cake decorated with a Super Mushroom, ? Block, [[Super Star]], [[Fire Flower]] and [[Warp Pipe]] at the bottom, a Goal Pole sticking out from the middle, and a sprite of Mario from ''Super Mario Bros.'' on the top.

*Three instances of the user's Mii are sometimes hidden around the site, peeking out from the sides of pages. When selected, it completes a mission rewarding 10 regular Platinum Points, and shows the number of Miis remaining to find.
