In ''Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door'', the user heals two [[Heart Point|HP]] a turn for five turns (as opposed to a [[Slow Mushroom]] that lasts for ten turns), but also [[DEF-Down#Paper_Mario:_The_Thousand-Year_Door|softens]] the user (lowers Defense). It is made by [[Zess T.]]

In ''Super Paper Mario'', this item restores fifteen HP and cures [[Poison (status effect)|Poison]]. It is made by [[Dyllis]], and requires mixing a [[Smelly Herb]] with a [[Shroom Shake]].
