The '''Mushmellow''' is a small [[kart]] in the ''[[Mario Kart (series)|Mario Kart]]'' series shaped like a [[Mushroom]]. Its name combines "mushroom" and "marshmallow", also including the word "mellow". The emblem is located on the stalk. A similar kart titled the [[Mash Run]] appears in ''[[Mario Kart Arcade GP 2]]'' and ''[[Mario Kart Arcade GP DX]]'', with the Japanese names implying it is a variant of the Mushmellow.

The Mushmellow first appears in ''[[Mario Kart DS]]''. It is [[Toad]]'s default signature kart, though can later be used by [[Yoshi]] and [[Dry Bones]] after winning a gold trophy in all Nitro or Retro cups on 150cc, as well as other player characters by obtaining a gold trophy in every cup on 150cc Mirror Mode. The Mushmellow has high acceleration, above-average handling (tied with [[Streamliner]] and [[ROB-BLS]]), above-average drift (tied with the [[Hurricane]]), fairly low speed, fairly low weight (tied with the [[Poltergust 4000]]), and fairly low items.

The Mushmellow returns in ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]'', now classified as a Normal kart. It uses the [[Pipe Frame]]'s tires to match its design in the previous game. The Mushmellow increases the duration of [[Jump Boost]] speed boosts and the number of points earned for performing Jump Boosts.

The game introduces two variants, one simply named the [[Pink Mushmellow]], which also has the Normal classification, and another called the [[Cheermellow]], which is a High-End kart exclusive to the [[Winter Tour (2019)|2019 Winter Tour]].

The Mushmellow is regularly obtainable from pipes, and is a part of the Daily Selects set. Throughout the game's history, it could be obtained in other ways as well, shown in the table below by tour.
