'''Mort''' is a former resident of [[Flopside]] from ''[[Super Paper Mario]]''. He is a game lover and is always at the [[Flipside Arcade]], from before it even opens until it closes. He moved away from his girlfriend to Flipside some number of years before the events of the game to play at the arcade.<ref>{{cite|quote=I can't believe how good I am now!
