The '''Monster''' is a {{wp|Buggy (automobile)|buggy}}-type rally car used by [[Mario]] and [[Luigi]] in ''[[Famicom Grand Prix II: 3D Hot Rally]]''. Its design is close to that of a {{wp|Volkswagen Beetle}}. 

The Monster served as a basis for the [[Tiny Titan]] kart in ''[[Mario Kart Wii]]''. Subsequently, the [[Monster (tire)|Monster]] tires in ''[[Mario Kart 7]]'', ''[[Mario Kart 8]]'' / ''[[Mario Kart 8|Deluxe]]'' and ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]'' were also based on and inspired by the tire design on the Monster. A kart appearing in ''[[Mario Kart (Nintendo Switch 2)|Mario Kart]]'' for the [[Nintendo Switch 2]] is also based on the Monster.

The Monster is one of three cars in ''Famicom Grand Prix II: 3D Hot Rally''. It is slower than the other two car types, the [[Kattobi]] and the [[Yonque]], on highway and grass but it has more durability. It handles much better and faster on rougher terrains like sand and dirt. Its top speed is 180 kilometers per hour.
