'''Mermaid Peach''' is one of the many transformations of [[Princess Peach]] in ''[[Princess Peach: Showtime!]]''. With this form, Peach can freely swim underwater and direct her "operatic" singing voice to guide schools of [[fish]]; who help her open large [[Clam|clamshells]] or uncover treasures and [[Theet]]s hidden in narrow crevices. She can also control other sea creatures, such as eels and pufferfish.

Peach controls the fish by singing at her most concentrated, and has to swim still to concentrate on it, in the direction she wishes for the fish to go. A partial exception is to button-mash {{button|switch|B}} so that she very rapidly starts and stops singing, which if done with good enough timing, can control both herself and the fish.

==Description==
As a mermaid, Peach wears a frilled, strapless metallic swimsuit top with a turquoise layer under a lavender one, a scaled mermaid tail that has a gradient from turquoise to magenta, and a pearl necklace with her brooch as a pendant. She also wears pearl earrings and a gold bracelet on each wrist, and her hair is kept down.
