They also appear in bonus levels, where they can contain three three [[1-Up Mushroom]]s or one of the game's three Suits (the [[Tanooki Suit|Tanooki]], [[Frog Suit|Frog]], and [[Hammer Suit]]s).

While they could not be tail whipped at all in the NES and ''[[Super Mario All-Stars]]'' versions, ''[[Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3]]'' allows [[Raccoon Mario|Raccoon]] or [[Tanooki Mario]] to tail whip Mega ? Blocks in normal courses.
