'''Mayor Schmutznikov''' is a [[List of characters|character]] in the [[Mario is Missing! (PC)|PC version]] of ''Mario is Missing!''. He is the game's fictional mayor of [[Moscow]]. Like the other mayors, Schmutznikov contacts [[Luigi]] via videophone first upon his arrival in the city and again once every artifact of the city has been recovered. Later in the game, a newspaper article in [[Kathmandu]] describes him meeting with [[Mayor Smallburg]], [[Mayor Devotegetter]], and the mayor of [[Marrakech]] in Montana as "The 'M' Club".
