Certain enemies can drop them after a battle: [[Bowletta]] has a 61.29% chance, [[Morton]] and [[Wendy]] are guaranteed to drop them no matter what, and [[Hermie III]] and [[Jojora]] are guaranteed to drop them while using the [[Game Boy Horror SP]].
